Welcome to the High School of Business Program!
My name is Alex Barrett and I am looking forward to the new school year. In the past I have taught English and theater. I have an associates of applied science in marketing management from the College of Western Idaho. I attended Boise State University for my bachelor of arts in English teaching. I grew up in Emmett and enjoy being outdoors and staying active. However, I also enjoy spending time relaxing and binge watching new shows or going to the movies. Before teaching, I worked for seven years in retail management and three years in insurance.
This year I will be teaching the High School of Business Program. Students enrolled in the program will have the opportunity to take up to six different business courses that provide an accelerated business
administration education for tomorrow's business executives. This means challenging students with real business problems and projects. Throughout the program, students will gain skills, knowledge, and confidence. |
