Chef Butcher is a seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry, with over 30 years of experience as a Chef and owner. His culinary journey has taken him across the country, from the sunny kitchens of California to the vibrant food scene of Florida.
A proud graduate of the Culinary Arts program at the College of Southern Idaho, Chef Butcher has honed his skills at esteemed establishments such as the Sawtooth Club in Ketchum, Idaho, and the RiverRock AleHouse in Eagle, Idaho. Currently, he serves as the proud owner of Pepe's Sauce Food Truck, bringing his unique flavors and expertise to the streets. |
