Chef Butcher has been in the Hospitality industry for over 30 years, working as a Chef and owner. Culinary Arts has allowed him travel the country working in kitchens from California to Florida.
A graduate from Collage of Southern Idaho Culinary Arts program, Chef at the Sawtooth Club
in Ketchum Id. RiverRock AleHouse in Eagle Id. and currently owner of PepesSauce
Food Truck. 
 In August of 2020 will be starting his 10th year teaching at Pr2ta. out
